[ ABOUT — the long version ]
My name is
Xavier.
I am an addict.

◆ Before
Same cycle, new day.
002 · Before
Before I became a trainer I was grinding in my home gym, grinding on the meal prep, grinding on the job. Wake up. Pray. Eat. Job. Eat. Workout — or work on picking a start date for working out. Eat. Pray. Sleep. Repeat. The routine was mine, but the life around it belonged to someone else.
I have always loved the gym the way some people love a bar. The post-workout high, the ritual of chalk on hands, the specific weight of the last set that meant I had actually done the work. It was never something to do when there was nothing to do. It was a lifestyle. I rarely let anything throw off the cadence.
A man that loves a pre-planned agenda tends to be blind to the one thing that is missing from the plan. In my case the missing thing was permission — permission to chase the work I actually wanted to do. That permission came from someone else.
[ THE DECISION ]
"My wife. She kept motivating me to follow my heart and dreams."
◆ The moment
She was my first client.
003 · The Proof
My wife was my first client — the person who convinced me to make this a career, and the person who trusted me to prove I could. Before her last surgery took her out of the game she went hard in the kitchen and hard in the gym. She lost twenty pounds in three to four months. She trusted the process. My process.
I still tell that story on every intake call, because it is the honest one. My method did not come from a certification body. It came from watching one person I loved take a plan seriously for the first time and get exactly what the plan promised. Everything I have built since — Signal, Operator, the check-in loop, the five Ps — is the formalized version of what worked for her.
◆ The signature method
The Five Ps.
004 · Method
Proper
The intake. We walk through the day you actually live before writing anything.
Preparation
Sunday prep. Protein target. Calorie window. Meal template you can execute exhausted.
Prevents
Load caps at 10% per week. Mobility every warm-up. Sleep tracked in the check-in.
Poor
Missed sessions get scaled, not shamed. The plan bends. Your standards don't.
Performance
Four numbers a week: bodyweight, waist, RPE, one strength benchmark. Enough.
[ VOICE MEMO — TRANSCRIPT ]
"Proper preparation prevents poor performance.
These are the five Ps I live by — not only in fitness but in life."
[ WHAT I REFUSE TO DO ]
I will not lie.
I will not make unrealistic promises. I will not sell you a supplement stack to make a commission. I will not tell you the mirror is the enemy. I will not tell you the work is quick. It is not. It is worth it.
[ THE HOT TAKE ]
Most brands
are selling you.
Most popular brands and people in fitness aren't completely factual. They market products for monetary gain versus actual health results. Results start in the kitchen first and the gym next. Everything after that is noise.

[ NOT ON THE RÉSUMÉ ]
I can flip my eyelids inside out.
It has never once come up in a coaching session. But you asked.
