[ THE OFFERING — full list ]
The work,
in every form.
Two branded programs and six ways in. Every plan is priced to the person — no checkout, no drip funnel. You get on a call with me and we build the fit together.
01
Signal
The 12-week online build.
Signal is the twelve-week online build that turns curiosity into a habit that finally sticks. It is designed for the person who has tried before, tried again, and is done trying half-measures. The program opens with a ninety-minute intake call where we map every meal, every commute, every kids' pickup, every actual constraint on your day.
Weeks one and two are deliberately under-dosed. Three sessions a week, forty minutes each, effort capped at RPE 7. The point is not to impress anyone — the point is to end each session thinking you could have done more, so that week three you actually show up. From week three we add the fourth day, layer in progressive overload, and dial in the kitchen with a Sunday prep template you will run for the rest of the program.
By week six you will have a resting heart rate that is measurably lower, a waist that is measurably smaller, and a strength benchmark that is measurably higher. By week twelve you will have the version of yourself you started this for — and, more importantly, the internal proof that you can hold it. Signal is what most people need to prove to themselves they can do the work. Once you have proven it, we talk about what's next.
02
Operator
The 6-month elite track.
Operator is for the client who is done starting over. It is a six-month partnership designed to compound — not to launch you, but to keep you launched. You come in with a base already built (from Signal or elsewhere) and we go to work on the version of you that can hold this for the next decade.
The programming shifts to periodized blocks — a strength block, a conditioning block, a physique block, then a peak. Nutrition moves from templates to a working understanding of your own metabolism. The Sunday check-in loop stays, but the conversation deepens: recovery, stress, travel, business, sleep architecture. Everything that a body carries.
Operator clients get priority access to my schedule, quarterly in-person or on-camera sessions, and a running six-month training log we build together. This is the track for people who understand that the transformation is the easy part — the maintenance is the whole game. If you want a coach who is going to be in your corner for the long haul, this is that program.
03
1-on-1 Personal Training
Old-school. Hands on.
There is nothing that replaces a coach standing next to the bar with you. In-person sessions are where technique gets fixed in real time, where cues actually land, and where the small adjustments that unlock a lift for the next five years get made. I book these carefully because the quality of every session depends on it.
A typical block runs eight to twelve weeks with two sessions a week. We open with a movement screen and end each session with a specific homework item that carries into your training days without me. The goal is not to make you dependent on the sessions — it is to make you self-sufficient on the floor.
This is the right service if you are new to training and want to skip years of guessing, or if you are experienced and hitting a plateau that needs an outside eye. Sessions run in Savannah, GA and surrounding areas. Availability is limited and honest about that.
04
Online Coaching
Not local? Not a problem.
Online coaching is the flagship. It is what makes the work portable, sustainable, and — for most people — actually possible. Every plan is custom, delivered through your training app of choice, and updated every seven days based on the four numbers you send in on Sunday.
You get a written training plan calibrated to your equipment (home gym, commercial gym, hotel gym, whatever), a nutrition template calibrated to your calorie and protein targets, video feedback on lifts within twenty-four hours, and a real coach in your text messages for the between-check-in questions that come up mid-week.
Not local? Not a problem. Online on your time. No excuses. No gas station fuel ups needed. This is coaching built for people who have a life outside of the gym and want a coach who understands that life is not something the gym gets to negotiate with.
05
Corporate Wellness
Structured programming for teams.
Corporate wellness is where a company decides that the health of its people is a strategic priority — not a benefits-page checkbox. I build programs for teams of ten to two hundred that actually get participation because the sessions are built around the work day, not against it.
Programs typically include a kickoff assessment, weekly group sessions (in-person or on-camera), a shared nutrition template, monthly individual check-ins for any team member who wants one, and quarterly leadership reports showing participation, energy, and outcomes.
The result is not just fitter employees — it is a team that shows up on Monday with more capacity. If your company is ready to treat wellness as infrastructure instead of a perk, this is a conversation worth having.
06
Transformation Programs
Full recomposition. Kitchen. Gym. Sleep. Stress.
Transformation programs are for the person who wants to change everything — and is prepared for the honesty that requires. These are twelve to sixteen week engagements that go beyond training and nutrition into sleep architecture, stress load, and the specific habits that are currently holding the pattern in place.
We start with a full-life audit: a week of tracking meals, sleep, movement, and stress before we make a single change. Then we sequence changes — one at a time — so nothing gets overhauled at once and nothing gets abandoned in week three. Each phase gets its own success metric.
This is the most involved program I offer, and it is not for everyone. It is for the person who has read the hot take on this site, agreed with it, and is ready to stop selling themselves the shortcut version. If that is you, we should talk.
07
Youth Training
Movement literacy first. Athleticism follows.
Youth training is where I get the most careful. Kids do not need to be trained like small adults. They need to learn to move — to squat, hinge, jump, land, sprint, and change direction with control. Once movement literacy is in place, sport-specific athleticism builds itself.
Sessions run in small groups of two to six athletes, forty-five minutes, twice a week. The programming is game-based when possible, drill-based when necessary, and always weighted toward long-term development over short-term wins. No maxing out. No shortcuts.
Parents get a monthly written progress note with specific movement milestones the athlete has hit and where the next block is going. If your kid plays a sport they want to be good at — or just wants to feel confident in their body — this is where that starts.
08
Group Training
Community without the class-fitness circus.
Group training is small squad training — four to eight people, same session, same accountability, none of the class-fitness performance. The programming is real strength and conditioning work, scaled per person, run in-person or on-camera with a shared time slot.
Squads meet three times a week for sixty minutes. Everyone runs the same block, everyone hits their own weights, and everyone shows up because they know the other people in the room will notice if they don't. That accountability is the whole point.
This is the right fit if you want the energy of a group without the anonymity of a class. Waitlist opens quarterly. Message me if you want to be on the next list.
◆ Which one is you?
Let's figure it out.
Every intake call is free. If I don't think I can help you, I will say so — and I will point you at someone who can.
