Ch. 01 — The Coachpg. 001

Pain is
temporary.
Quitting lasts.

I am Xavier Orange. I coach the person in the mirror who is finally tired of what they see. Online, in-person, or somewhere in between — the plan meets you where you are. Then it moves you.

[ A LETTER TO THE READER ]

You've said it out loud:
"I can't believe I let myself get like this."

You have tried before. The apps. The programs your coworker swore by. The 6am boot camp that lasted eleven days. You know the routine of the failure by heart now, and honestly it is starting to feel worse than the mirror.

You are not lazy. You do not lack willpower. You have been handed programs that were never built around the actual shape of your day — and then blamed for not sticking with them. That is not a character flaw. That is a design flaw.

I do not sell shortcuts. I do not lie. I build a plan that fits the day you already have — and then I sit with you every Sunday until the work is done.

  The one benefit

You will believe you can. And then you will.

003 · The Method

The kitchen is where the transformation happens. The gym is where you get to enjoy it. My method inverts what most coaches sell you — because most coaches sell you what is easy to market, not what is honest to deliver.

01ProperWe map the day you actually live before we write a single set.
02PreparationSunday prep, protein target, calorie window. That's the base.
03PreventsLoad spikes stay capped. Mobility built into every warm-up.
04PoorMissed sessions get scaled — never guilt-tripped, never ignored.
05PerformanceFour numbers a week. Four numbers is enough.

  Three outcomes, in your words

What the mirror gives back.

004 · Future State

I.

Build / boost confidence

Week ten hits and something quiet clicks. You catch yourself standing differently before you notice it in the mirror.

II.

Add years to your life

Resting heart rate down. Sleep up. Blood work you are willing to hand your doctor without an apology.

III.

Like what you see in the mirror

The receipt for the work. It stops being an enemy. It becomes evidence.

Six stops on the route in.

006 · Itinerary

01

Intake

You send me the day you actually live. Sleep, meals, kids, commute, gym access. All of it.

02

Map

I build a plan around that day — not around a fantasy version of it.

03

Prep

First Sunday prep together. We cook the protein. We portion the carbs. We test the containers.

04

Week 1

Three under-dosed sessions at RPE 6-7. Build the habit before the stimulus.

05

Check-in

Ten-minute Sunday loop. Four numbers, one obstacle, one fix.

06

Repeat

Eleven more weeks of that loop. That is where the transformation lives.

[ THE COACH — abridged ]

An addict.
To the gym.

I was grinding in my home gym, grinding on the meal prep, grinding on the job. Same cycle, new day. My wife told me to follow my heart. She became my first client. She lost 20 lb in 3.5 months, and I found the work I was actually here to do.

[ OBJECTIONS — addressed ]

I have tried before and failed.+

You tried plans that were never built around your day. This one is. Sunday prep and a ten-minute check-in are what make it different — not motivation.

I don't have time.+

Week one is three sessions, forty minutes each. If you cannot find two hours in a week, you and I have a different conversation to have first.

I'm intimidated by the gym.+

Online coaching means you never step foot in one until you want to. Home workouts get the same care as in-person. Nobody watching, nobody judging.

I can't afford another failed program.+

That is exactly the objection I take most seriously. The intake call is free. If I do not think I can help you, I will say so.

[ THE CATCHPHRASE ]

THERE IS
NO TOMORROW.

Not local? Not a problem. Online, on your time. No excuses. No gas station fuel ups needed. Believe you can — and you will.
